Second Journal of 2009 Say What?

Fri Jul 24, 2009, 8:21 PM
Lots of thinking to do in the months ahead.

1. Love. It's just so hard to get things right in that area. Who knows when things will work out. I just hope opportunities come this year.

2. Senior Year-Homecoming. I'm trying to go all out this year. I'm on Student Council again so I already got a bunch of ideas. I might even dress up for PJ day this year. I always say I might, but never do. I'm psyched to do Evolution of Dance for Mock Rock. And hopefully, I get nominated to for Homecoming King. I have lots of posters I wanna make for it. =]

3.Senior Year-Classes. Of course I'm going to be in Graphics next year. Then the other classes I want will, odds are, be in the afternoon. Therefore, I'll be screwed outta getting those classes.

4.Job. I've been looking for one so much. It's insane. In the past year I've applied for about eight places that I heard were actually hiring. No call back. No interview. Which is kind of sad when you put National Honor Society, National Honor Society, and all that on the application. The other day I went into town, and asked nearly every business if they were hiring. Left with one application. Technically two, but at Family Dollar you must be 18-They don't even sell cigarettes or alcohol.

5.Career. Where am I gonna go to college? What am I gonna do with my life? I don't really know. I'm between writing and graphic design. But another thing I worry about, if I go to college for that, will I be able to get a job? What if I start my own business? How do I even do that? There's so many questions I have about this. And I really don't know where to go for answers.
