Literature Text

Scarlet blood drips upon the dusty brown scene
Harlot dud tips as her face goes pale green
Stalit sky darkens while her heart turns black
Bar gets quiet for no one has her back

Drunked madness wells as the grey sick she feels
Funk and odors smell while her eyes fill with teal
Visions of her past circle in a tremor
Fissions of the ghastly cause rapidly flicker

She's drowning in her own demise
Stuck in her life forever, as she strives

Chorus:Nearly Hopeless
She can't regain her balance
Nearly Hopeless
Everyone knows she's gonna fail this
Nearly Hopeless
She can't regain her pride
No matter how many several times she's tried
Hopeless

Night time bruises leave scars on her skin
Fight crimes let her have nowhere to begin
Always she's been this way ever since
The days where abuse pushed her tolerance

Dugs were her only parental figures
Mugshots taken before she could get bigger
Starving for something to bring light to her world
Carving slits on her wrists, she's a lonely girl

She's drowning in her own demise
Stuck in her life forever, as she strives

(Chorus)

Thrown out in the cold weather
Held in chains as she is tethered
Landing in a foul, frigid aquamarine
She'd beg to see the grass that is green

All doors locked and she can't escape
Calls out but she knows her fate
Looks for help, but no one is there
Took a breath, but nobody cares

She held the trigger to her head
But would someone arrive before what reamins is the tears she bled

(Chorus)
Made this 9-25-07 and 9-26-07.

Just about a girl that has grown up into a world that she hates completely. But she can't change it no matter how hard she tries. She winds up leaning towards suicide. Whether the girl survives or not...well it's up to you. I didn't want to make the song obvious to what happens. It's not really based on anything in true life that I experienced. But it's still good. Enjoy =D
